can you use feta cheese instead of normal cheese to make cheese sauce?? just been given lots of feta & dobnt want to wasteit.

I don't think so but make a small one and taste it, it might be a bit to salty.I put feta in pasta salads and I have a good recipe if you want it.Also I put it in cos-cos.
