How can I cook them on the barbacue please? They still have the tip of the tail on. Also any ideas for baby squid tubes?

just cook them in some butter and garlic on the bbq - not long - just unitl they turn pink. i would probably do the same with the squid, but score them a bit first maybe. sweet chilli and lime go nice with squid.

It's often to put 2 or 3 on a pre soaked skewer. Makes it easy to turn them over and you have something to hold onto when eating them.

If you run the squid tubes under water that is hotter than lukewarm but still not too hot to put your hands under it tenderises them, when they lose theyir opaqueness a bit they are ready, but dry them thoroughly before bbqing
