with cherries on top! I'm wanting to cook some dutch recipes but the butter is in cups!! No way am I going to soften it then push it into a cup then harden the butter!!

lx4000 - 1 cup butter = 250g - I know this from a recipe of my late MIL's that also has all the quantities in cups and like you, I prefer to weigh butter rather than measure it in cups.
