how do you freeze please as have heaps in the garden

I'm pretty sure you need to blanch first... big pot boiling water, dunk until the spinach goes bright green, take out, strain, stack leaves on top of each other, about 10 or so and roll into wee parcels... (lengthwise fold in edges and roll) let cool and free flow freeze them, next day bundle into freezer bags.... voila... well that's how i'd do it

Wash it, dry it in lettuce spinner or tea towel & freeze, I put mine in a large snap lock bag & just take out what I want to use & cook as normal. I also freeze silverbeet but chop it up first.
