I have a large ham which has been cured but not cooked can anyone tell me the best way too cook it.

Gordon Ramsay cooked one on TV1 tonight. Covered with water, add onion, leek, carrot, peppercorns etc like a stock for soup and boil. Nigella Lawson's recipe is - put in a large pot, cut an onion in half and add to pot. Pour over a 2 litre bottle of coca cola and simmer for 1 hour per kg.
