I use a mixture of shrimp, prawns and sometimes that Surami mix(only to keep the cost down) or crab stix. You can also add some small seashell pasta to the salad to make it go further. Finely chopped spring onions and a nice dressing with cream added, salt and black pepper. Try doing a search using the feature on the left of the thread and choose anytime, just type in dressings or seafood salad.
