Could some-one please tell me do I freeze a shrink wrapped ham on the bone, or isit okay to leave in the fridge, as is, for Christmas?

Check the use by date, if you have plenty of time (date wise)store it in the fridge... if not freeze it.Its nicer if it hasn't been frozen though (in my opinion)

It is fine to freeze.Often though, vacuum packed ham will keep for some time - check out the use by date.Also make sure it is well shrunk - if it starts to leave the ham - become loose - it is not OK to use.
