Does anyone have a yummy recipe.I only have the edmonds book one - but I don't like the texture of it because of the cornflour if I reduce the corn flour can I just increase the flour?

Yep, my edmonds recipe is only flour butter and sugar (I use either white for normal shortbread or icing sugar for a smoother shortbread).Do a search on the left there, change date posted to anytime.I'm sure I've seen shortbread recipes in threads here.

I use the edmonds one and replace a coupe of tablespoons of the flour with rice flour.Makes it taste so much better and is so much lighter.

swap the amount of cornflour with the amount of icing sugar.... mmmm
