teddy147, I assume that you are wanting ideas for how to use frozen cream? In that case I'm wondering if you might like to try making some cupcakes using the following recipe which is thanks to TM's rkcroft.....

BEST EVER CUPCAKES
2 eggs
cream
1 tsp vanilla essence
¾ cup caster sugar
1 cup self-raising flour

Crack the eggs into a 250ml measuring jug then fill the cup with cream.Tip the eggs and cream into a bowl and beat with electric beaters for 1 minute.Add the vanilla and sugar, and beat for 3 minutes.Using a wooden spoon, gently fold in the flour, then spoon the mixture into 12 paper case-lined muffin tins.
Bake at180°Cforapproximately 15-20 minutes, until light golden and cooked.Cool and ice with icing of choice.

Hope that helps.:-))

Scones - Lemonade from TM back in the day
4 cups self-raising flour
300 mls cream
1 can of lemonade.
Pre-heat oven to 220ºC.
Sift flour, make a well in flour and add liquids. Mix together. Knead gently and roll out and cut.
Cook for 15 minutes. Very nice (and naughty) with jam and cream
