I am just about to celebrate a very important birthday in my life & was looking for some yummy cold sweets to make for a dinner party! Does anyone out there have a good, sound recipe for coffee mousse please?

haven't a coffee mousse but have a Coffee semifreddo
300g mascarpone 400g quark 4 Tbsp icing sugar 1 tsp vanilla extract 50ml Tia Maria liqueur Chocolate scrolls or flakes (optional) Hot espresso (strong black) coffee, for serving
Beat mascarpone and quark in a bowl with a wooden spoon until smooth. Beat in icing sugar, vanilla extract and liqueur. Spoon into ramekins or moulds and freeze for at least 2 hours (the desserts can be made a day or two in advance but any longer and the mixture goes grainy).
Transfer to fridge 1 hour before serving to allow the mixture to soften. To release puddings from moulds dip them one at a time into a sink of hot water for just a second, then quickly run a flat-bladed knife between mould and pudding and turn the pudding out onto a serving plate.
Garnish with chocolate scrolls or flakes, if wished, and serve with small cups of piping hot espresso coffee to pour over the semifreddo.
