Does anyone have the recipe for a cake, usually made at christmas. I thinkthe ingredients are Dates, Brazil nuts, Eggs, flour and vanilla essence. I made it years ago (extremely rich) but have lost the recipe. Many thanks, Kath.

Hopefully someone knows of this.
The one I know has walnuts and is added to the icing part, "Queen Elizabeth Cake", recipe given by our dear lovely poster doree36, recipe in the thread "Cakes".
