Mini Spring Rolls with dried shrimp

I have lost my recipe-does anyone have a good mini spring roll recipe please?- with or without dried shrimp.

Mini spring rolls -Made with spring roll wrappers
Ingredients:
1 med gratedpotato, 1/4 cabbage shredded,1 med carrot julienned,100g pork mince,2 cloves garlic,1 small onion finely sliced, 2 tbsp soy sauce,grating of ginger,pinch of five spice,dash of fish sauce , salt and pepper, cooked prawns, spring roll wrappers.
Method:
Fry crushed garlic ,ginger and onion until tender then add pork mince and cook for further 5 mins. Season with salt , pepper and five spice. A little fish sauce to taste. Add 1 cup of vege stock to meat and mix with and cook potato, carrots and cabbage until just tender. Add the clean, chopped cooked prawns.. Taste it and season again if required.. Mix well and drain any liquid. Set aside until cold..!!!
Put about 2 tbsp of filling on top of wrapper in a corner and roll up tucking in the sides. Seal with little egg wash from one egg beaten with a little milk. Deep fry in hot oil until golden brown or place on oiled oven tray and grill at 180c turning when golden brown.
Variations:
(a) Use precooked cold rice instead of potato.
(b) Add a tsp of curry powder.
Hints:
For small rolls as finger food entrée use Soy Sauce or Sweet Chilli Sauce for dipping.
