Best Mud Cake Recipe Please

Making a 2 tiered cake and chocolate cake has been requested.I figure that it needs to be the best recipe I can get my hands on and solid enough to hold a second tier.Plan on icing with chocolate but not wanting to use cream so if anyone has any secrets for the icing that would be great, don't want to use a regular icing sugar recipe.

Best ever chocoaltemud cake. You can't taste the guiness, but it adds a richness that has to be tasted to be believed!
