I want to send muffins to school

as a morning tea for the teachers... I saw on TV a cafe baker lining jumbo muffin trays with paper and then selling them with the paper still on... they looked nice... is it likely that it's baking paper that he used?

Probably - cut it into squares and then press into tins, creasing corners firmly to fit the round tins.

yes good quality baking paper, cut them bigger than you think till you get the right size.
Or just buy the ready made ones in the baking section at your local supermarket, you can get all sizes and colours etc. have fun!

Muffin Wrappers
1. Cut 5-inch square pieces of baking paper.
2. Spray a muffin tin with vegetable oil cooking spray to hold baking paper in place.
3. Place 1 piece of baking paper into 1 cup of the tin, pressing along folds to crease. Repeat with other cups and baking paper pieces.
4. Scoop batter into cups, and bake.
