Fruit cake

Have just made one and itsunk a little in middle and is a bit moist in that area--edible though. What have I done .I cooked it for 1 hour at 150 then half hour at 100. i wonder if i should have cooked it more. Any help would be appreciated --Thanks

I agree with you, probably just a bit longer in the oven. Insert a skewer or long-bladed knife into the centre. If it comes out without any batter on it, it's cooked.
