Served in white sauce and now I'm OVER IT. Could probably freeze it . .. what else can I do with it?

Mix it together with cooked cabbage and mashed potato and form into a patty,can use a small egg to bind if necessary,then fry it up and serve with poached eggs.This was a favourite breakfast that was excellent for hangovers,it's been ages since I've made it.Perhaps I'm better behaved these days..
