Ammaking Annabel Langbeins crispy pork belly tonight.She serves it with a roasted red pepper pesto that I like the sound of but family not so keen and I'm having a mental block about interesting alternatives rather than a gravy.Has anyone any thoughts please?

definately Salsa, tomato red onion corriander basil as a base then add what you like.
