does anyone know this recipe,ive herd the paua come out very tender.gota few paua and wouldnt mind trying it.,cheers.

I have found any paua that I didn't pound 50 to 80 times came out tough - so would be keen to see an "easier" recipe :)

I've had paua done fast on barbeque and it was great. Make sure you bash the white bit and then treat it as a steak.

i haven't had it roasted, but i have sliced it thin (no bashing) and put into a dish, then covered with a generous sprinkle of crushed or sliced garlic, and then covered the whole thing in cream, then bake... not exactly weight watchers, but so yum
