Help with Bolar Roast

OK so I am having to cook the bolar roast tonight as it has thawed in the fridge for a few days and HAS to be cooked.
I have read sooo many recipes and the best sound like they are done in an oven bag - which suits me fine.
Slow cooker - I don't have time.
It weighs about 1.6kg roughly - home kill so no weight on it.

How long?
How hot?
What do I chuck in the bag with it?
(Have just about everything... soy, mustard, moroccan spices, fresh herbs, garlic, everything...

Mate coming for dinner owns the farm the meat came from!!!!!

No worries, in the 40 minutes since I posted I have had a flood of great ideas over in tacky old general!
