be careful with rice, especially with the warmer weather.should be fine tonight if has not already been reheated several times, and if it was refrigerated as soon as it cooled last night.i get a bit paranoid though, HATE being sick.

Been covered & refridgerated. Like you geldof don't want any eaters to get sick! Have one who probably won't eat tonight so hopefully still be ok Sunday?

I guess it depends on what, other than rice, is in it and how fresh the other ingredients were when they were added, but I would use it two days down the track as long as it has been properly refrigerated and is cooked at the right temperature, ie hot not just warmed.

All fresh veges but does have chicken which was cooked from fresh. Wondering about the chicken now?

Forty eight hours for the chicken is my rule of thumb as long as it has been cooled quickly then refrigerated.
