Lamb Rib eye

Has anyone cooked one of these before? It is 750 grams and it says to roast it on the packet. I have it marinating in lemon zest, garlic, rosemary, thyme S&P and olive oil.
Was thinking of pan searing it and then putting in oven for maybe 20 mins.
I cant seem to find any info on the internet about them!
