..can i cook as a meal that hasn't any meat. eggs etc are okay but no meat.

looking for something relatively easy to prepare and not too long cooking time.

Open to all suggestions. TIA :)

Hi there, what about a vegetable quiche and salad.It doesnt take too long to make and as long as you dont put bacon in the quiche - you should be right.Hope this helps

Veggie stirfry

Veggie based Curry over rice or cauli rice (lots of Authentic Indian Cuisine is vegetarian)

Quiche & salad as above

BBQ with some appropriate meat substitutes and side salads.

Made an aspagaragus and leek fritatta the other night and was yummy.

1 can of asparagus pieces (i used fresh steamed)
1 leek finely chopped (sauted in butter for 2 mins)
1 cup of cream
chopped sundried tomatoes
5 eggs

Mix asparagus, leek and sun dried tomatoes in a bowl then place in bottom of greased flan dish.Whisk eggs with cream, add salt and pepper to taste.Pour over veges and bake at 180 for 30 mins.
