Does anyone have a name of agood cookbook to recommend which shows the making ofsteamed yum cha buns etc.( for use at home )usinga Chinese steamer??

Andrea Nguyen's "Asian Dumplings"is the masterwork, giving detailed recipes and instructions.I haven't seen it in NZ but you can order it from Amazon.She has an interesting website http://www.asiandumplingtips.com/
