Watercress in an Irish stew ?

Is this the typical Maori boilup ? we love Irish stew made from neck or shoulder muttonand yesterday found a lovely lot of watercress in our creek, now I have heard about using it and according to some sites on the internet it is very good for you, having lots of vitamins and minerals.
How would it be addedand how long to cook ?

It will cook in a minute or two....Irish Stew and Moari boil up are not the same flavours

You are right we tried ours today and although most of the ingredients are the same the flavour is very different, pleasant though.
The watercress we added just before serving and it was well cooked.
