Need a little advice (jelly)

hello ladies i am after a little help , i would like to make jelly for a 50th wedding anniversary lunch.I would like to make it in a slice tin and then cut into squares my problem is do i need to add more gelatin so it keeps it shape or just leave out some waterthank you very much in advance :)

Hi there, you can buy cold setting jelly, these are really good and set very firm, you can also do layers of different colours, they start setting almost as soon as you mix them.
