Taken from TM recipes, but don't know who to credit it to sorry. I make this quite often; it's healthy, delicious and filling. Sugar-free, dairy-free, gluten-free, guilt-free and delicious Boil together in a saucepan for 10 minutes: • 1 cup raisins • 1 1/2 cups dates • 2 cups water In a large bowl: • 3 cups grated carrots/apples • 1 cup sunflower seeds • 1 cup walnuts • 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds • 1/2 cups sesame seeds • 1/2 cup coconut • 1 1/2 cups rice flour • 1 tsp cinnamon • 1 tsp baking soda • 1 tsp vanilla essence • Pinch of salt • boiled raisins and dates Combine and press into a greased tin and sprinkle with poppy seeds. Bake at 150 degrees Celsius for approximately 30 minutes

M & M Biscuits.....3/4c Oil, 1 1/2c sugar, 2t Vanilla, 1/2c milk, 2c flour, 3/4c cocoa, 1t baking soda, 1/2c choc chips, 1/2t salt, 1pkt M & M's. Beat oil & sugar. Add vanilla and milk. Add sifted flour, cocoa & baking soda. Mix in chocolate. Roll into balls & press flat on lined tray. Press on M & M's on top. Bake 180 for 10mins. These are a bit like the subway ones
