Just had a look in l/h message board & keyed in Paua fritters. Where it says date posted key in anytime. There are recipes there that look nice.

oh yummy - i love Paua fritters!I don't know recipe, but remember my nana making (she added a swig of beer to the recipe - as she also did with tuatua / pippi fritters - makes them fluffy or something).I just buy from takeaway now - they know me well - I do not like batter & they must be nice & crispy (just about cremated!).

Hi Maree.. yup iindeed I chose the yummy recipe found in the Paua thread by Jasey and I chose her Nan's recipe..sounds delish :)

yummy!what were the ingredients apart from the paua - I wouldn't know where to find Jasey's recipe?
