There are so many different rocky road recipes, which is the best one?

Type rocky road in the left search bar and change last 24 hours to anytime - lots of threads will come up.
You could use whatever ingredients you want - marshmallows or other lollies, any nuts you like, any dried fruit you like, and melt your favourite chocolate to pour over and through it. Add coconut if you like and leave till set. Make it in a baking paper lined tin or dish so it lifts out easily to be cut.
