ROLLED PAVLOVA

help! i need recipe please!

4 egg whites
3/4c caster sugar(165g)
1 tsp cornflour
1tsp white vinegar

Oven @180C
Grease 25 x30cm swiss roll tin.Line with baking paper.

Beat egg whites until soft peak stage,gradually add sugar 1TBS at a time,beating until all sugar dissolves between additions.

Fold in cornflour and vinegar.

Spread into tin and bake 20mins or until lightly browned.
Place on wire rack covered with baking paper,turn out onto the paper and peel away the lining paper,and cool.

Spread 300ml whipped cream over the meringue and add any fruit you like,then roll firmly using the paper to help you do so.

This is an Aust WW recipe,I haven't made it but their recipes are reliable.

I understand that as you cut into the pav it causes calorie leakage,so it should be safe to try a (small) slice.

Alternatively,if nobody sees you eat a (large) slice,it didn't happen.
