shop done marinated or home marinated and if so,what was the marinade made from..?

Add some butter to a pan and then two large french sliced onions... a little masterfoods onion salt , white pepper and cook till golden... about 7-10 mins tossing all the time.. add one clove of garlic crushed, and your chopped tomatoes.. mix all well together and add a tbsp of red wine vinegar and a tbsp of brown sugar.. rip up some fresh basil and mix all well together and serve immediately after taste test and seasoning if required...
