What have you got re ingredients for the filling? You could do asparagus and blue cheese mini tarts Mini bacon and egg Mini smoked salmon and dill

In the end improvised. I had cooked chicken which I slithered. Mixed with pinenuts, a few sploghes of ailoi, grated cheese and some herbs. Garnished the top. They taste and look okay. Great for entree contribution.
Am also taking my popular rocky road:one packet of dark buttons and one of milk choccy buttons. Packet of big marshmellows, slithered almonds, packet of Xmas mince, spash of liquour (today, contreau ~ liquour is optional). Melted choc, mixed all, into a paper lined tray and into the fridge.
