Rice risotto in pkt

any good ideas on cooking this with chicken

i cook it in microwave, in a pan I stir fry meat or chicken and vege, and then when risotto is cooked add a good nob of butter/marg some finely diced onion and stir all together.

make the Chook flavoured one on stove top, add the juice from tin of pineapple, frozen peas (and or corn), and when nearly ready, add the shredded chook and the pineapple pieces from the can. Not too hideous for a quick family meal.

I diced and cook the chicken in a frying pan, remove the chicken.
I then add butter and toast/fry the rice tilll its golden brown.
I then add water and let it cook till tender. I might need to keep adding water. Dont forget to add your flavour sachet.

I then cook a few vegies, drain and once the rice is cooked I then add the vegies and chicken to it.. I also add soy sauce or a aquirt of BBQ sauce. Quite nice.

For a salad, I make the rice and cook the chicken as mentioned above. But I cook and chill peas and corn.
Add it to the cold rice and chicken for a nice summer salad.

use whole chicken breasts, cook rice risotto as instructions, cut a slit in each breast and stuff with risotto and wrap in streaky bacon...bake for 40mins @ 180*
