Lemon coconut muffins

Has anyone got a good recipe please.

haven't got a muffin one but have this yummy one

Lemon Coconut Cakes
Use shallow, shaped moulds for these delicate, moist cakes – friand moulds work well but only half-fill the tins.

1/3 cup flour
100g caster sugar
80g icing sugar
70g packet ground almonds
30g desiccated coconut
1 teaspoon finely grated lemon zest
1 tablespoon lemon juice
4 egg whites, lightly beaten
180g butter, melted

Preheat oven to 190°C.
Sift flour, caster sugar and icing sugar into a large bowl.
Add almonds, coconut and lemon zest and juice.
Whisk in egg whites and butter (mixture will be runny).
Spoon into well-greased shaped pans, a muffin tray or friand moulds and bake until golden around the edges and just set, about 15 minutes.
Cool 2-3 minutes then carefully remove from tins while still warm.Makes about 14
