Cream cheese, icing sugar and lemon juice basically

I used this one:

105g Cream Cheese (softened)
90g Butter (softened)
190g Icing Sugar
1tbsp Lemon Juice.

I don't like using castor sugar as it gives a gritty texture

Try this...250g pot traditional cream cheese, 120g icing sugar and 100ml whipping cream.Beat cream cheese with a fork until smooth (soften a little in microwave if necessary), beat in icing sugar and then beat in cream until you have a nice fluffy consistency...forget the cake you'll just want to eat the icing :o)

Had no cream cheese yesterday so thought I would try using some of the yoghurt cheese just ready...divine and not as sickly rich as some of the cream cheese ones. I had left the yoghurt draining for three days so it was really thick. Must be a healthier option too. S

Sounds yum.You do need to use the full fat cream cheese, the lite cream cheese doesn't work.
