Using high grade flour instead of plain

would it be ok? For all baking? I have a big bag of high grade to get through. Have also used plain with baking powder instead of getting self raising so would it be ok with high grade?

i use high grade all the time in my baking dosen't do any harm

I do too and also Alison Gofton told me she only uses High Grade flour. Says she gets a better product.

Same here - only ever use high grade.

ditto , we have different flours at work but high grades by far the most used flour for most purposes
