I've got some really hot n spicy ribs in the oven and are wondering what to serve with them.... Any Ideas that are low in carbs preferably. TYIA

I usually make fried rice, while the rice is cooking saute a little chopped onion in some oil, add whatever is handy like frozen peas, an egg, prawns, then when the rice is cooked add that and stir through for a few minutes, maybe with a few drops of sesame oil and soy unless that clashes with your spicy ribs.

dont you find it gluggy? the best way to make fried rice is to use previously cooked rice that is dry
