What can I make with it.I was thinking something that would be good with a salad and quick and easy.

Make up some cous cous with some chicken stock, a bit of dried mint and cinnamon. You can put pinenuts in if you have them.Shred the chicken and mix it in (you may wish to warm the chicken first).Serve with salad.Very Moroccan!
