Chicken Kiev

Hi there.Would anyone please be able to share their way of making chicken kiev.I have googled it but would be great to hear from someone with a tried and true way of doing it.TIA

Make up some garlic butter and keep in freezer in small balls. Put your chicken breast in between some gladwrap or baking paper and bash it with a rolling pin until it's thin. Take your butter out of the freezer and put in the middle. Roll over the chicken so it's covering the butter and then pull all the edges together and secure with cocktail sticks. Roll the chicken in seasoned flour, dip in beaten egg and coat in breadcrumbs. Cook at 175* covered for 45 mins and then 15 mins uncovered.
