i love to make Muffins and cakes and brownies with a bit of the NZ's finest herbz mixed in. just wanted to know how others out there produced there cakes and muffins and what not

Couldnt tell you all the secrets :) But iv heard from a friend of a friend.....that you should make it into butter and use the butter instead of normal butter in recipes

Butter is definatlely the way to go...I keep some green butter in my freezer always =)Works well in brownie, muffins, cookies and lovely in truffles
