i am trying to go dairy and gluten free due to health probs but not sure what foods to eat i am on a low income so need budget foods and i am hoping to lose 25kgs so they need to be healthythank you all so much

Eat meat, eggs, vegetables, olive oil.Avoid all grains (not just the ones that contain gluten), and this includes bread, cakes, biscuits, cereals and muesli bars.Avoid sugar and sweetened foods.
Make your food from scratch and don't buy convenience foods.
If you can stick to this for a couple of weeks I am sure you will feel much better and will want to carry on with it in the future.
