Just been out and braved the supermarkets in Chch, which are all running out of stuff, and forgot to buy white sugar! Need to do baking tonight, and have raw, caster and brown. Any difference in baking, anyone know the quantities or doesn't it make any difference?

Caster sugar is just finer ground than ordinary white sugar,so you can substitute that.

Hi.. I've used any of them to replace white sugar successfully..
