I wanted to find out how much 3 sticks/1.5cups was in weight and it says 341g, so I hope it's right lol

It isUli but there are quite a few weights and measures questions on TM and this site does does give a easy reference comparing metric, imperial, volume and stick measures for a wide range of individual conversions for those who need them

well I've just made a huge batch of biscuits taken from a thread here this morning entitled ... 'Make These!' They're Cowboy Cookies and the butter measurement must have been right :)
