hi guys. hope your having a good day. i got given some old gold dark chocolate. . 2 big blocks but i dont think i can eat it all :) what are some nice/ easyish recipes i can make with it? thanks

Hi rotachick07, we finally have a bit of sunshine here to cheer our day. You could make a chocolate mousse with the dark chocolate.

You can break it up into smaller blocks and freeze it.

Make chocolate self saucing pudding with pieces of dark chocolate through it, mind the sugar that is in the recipe already, because otherwise it can get a little bit too sweet. possibly only put 75% of the sugar in when also using chocolate.
