Typhoon Pizza Stone Anyone tried them ???

I am thinking about getting one with my FlyBuys points.
Should i ? ? or not.
Seems like a good thing but i was wondering if anyone has one & if they reccomend them ?

No, I have not. I sed to sell the Typhoon range but do not deal with that particular distributor any more. Never had a problem with any of the Typhoon products.

Interesting that on Masterchef last night Gary said that any unglazed ceramic tile works just as well as a much more expensive pizza stone.

I'd managed to talk myself out of buying a stone until I read this. The shop I went to only had two boxes & one on display.
First attempt was edible (with a request for another for dinner).

I have one and like it but the only thing is, you cant get stains off them from the pizzas as you cant wash with dish detergent.
Mine is a flybuys one and it said to only wash with water.
