Just got a pig done at the home kills and with that we got pork fingers what are they? and whats the best way to cook them?

lol, I have thoughts of their trotters= fingers! . I'd cook them like spare ribs. Marinate in a sticky sauce, grill and baste them while they are cooking

SPICY APRICOT PORK STRIPS
1 kg Pork Strips 425 gram can Apricot Nectar ½ cup white vinegar 2 tsp corn flour 2 tsp soy sauce 1 clove garlic, bruised 2 tsp grated green ginger 1 tbsp mild chilli sauce
Place ribs in large pot, cover with water & add vinegar. Bring to boil uncovered for 15 mins, drain & rinse under cold water. Place ribs in roasting dish. Blend all other ingredients & pour over ribs. Bake uncovered in moderate oven for 1 hour. Baste a few times while cooking. Serve with fried rice.

Bake them with Hoisin sauce they taste like spare ribs all yum and sticky

I use lime and chilli stirfry sauce spread over them and grilled - yummo
