200gm lean bacon 1 chopped onion 1 can of italian chopped tomatoes 1 tub of lite cream cheese 1 325gm packet of vegoroni pasta spirals
sautee onion and bacon, add chopped tomatoes and cream cheese, tossthrough cooked pasta. This recipe is easy and very tasty.

Salmon Pesto Pasta Mix in saucepan, stirring: 1 large tin drained salmon (more or less) 4 Tablespoons basil pesto 300 ml cream (or less) salt & pepper
Serve on pasta spirals or other varieties which allow the sauce to cling (not elbows)

I do a pasta with penne pasta, sundried tomatoes, chicken, basil feta cheese, and basil pesto (either the chunky mediterranean stuff or the normal basil pesto) eat it cold is soooooooooo yummy

Or pasta shells with cherry tomatoes, chicken, red onion, thinly sliced capsicums and thousand island dressing.
