How do you make ciabatia bread. . it so yum. would like to make it at home. thanks

tazzaboy2, try doing a search here on this Trademe MB using ciabatta as the 'Keyword' and 'Anytime' as the 'Date posted' option and you'll find the earlier threads which should give you a recipe to try. :-))
Flour, water, salt, yeast - keep in frige for a few days - pat out on baking sheet, let rise, put on olive oil and bake.
