We make alot of fruit smoothies with yogurt in them and wondering if I can freeze yogurt. be handy when you buy them cheap with short dates. Thanks

they can be frozen, we make little yogourt iceblocks in ice cube trays and they are fine in the freezer
not sure if it would go runny when defrosted but will be fine to put in a smoothie whilst frozen too

Smoothies might be all right as everything's blended, but it doesn't work with those little pottles. They taste fine but separate and go lumpy when thawed.

yoghurts sure can ... ... thats all frozen yoghurt is just in a flashy container thats called frozen yoghurt, i regurly buy them for 10cents each short dated ones and freeze great for a dessert or a smotthie or just put in a luchbox in summer it keeps everything cool till lunchtime
