hi mber2, hubby is good and loving his job hes already had a promotion but has to wait till they find someone to cover the postion hes in now. and im good to, got a job interview on tuesday.

fry your rice in some oil until golden then add onions, garlic, ginger for a chinese-ish flavour, (homemade) chicken stock and bring to the boil and then simmer until liquid mostly absorbed (15 mins? ) then throw in your desired veges and shredded chicken for the last 5 or 10 mins
