In my rush last night to get all my baking cooked before having to cook tea I must have taken my banana choco chips muffins out while they weren't properly cooked, I have just tried one, they are alright but could do with a little longer, can I put them back into the oven and cook them longer or will it not work?

That should be OK but watch them. I have done this with muffins & scones before and they were OK.
